Perspective is an ability that helps Artemis be able to get, well, a better perspective. Artemis can jump from high places and onto buildings or walls; she attaches herself to the surface using the specially augmented features of her prosthetic arm.
Oil Painting is a ground-placed obstacle. For Artemis or allies of, it speeds up movement of those that walk upon it. Artemis and allies can control their movements, however, if enemies are to step on the Oil Painting obstacle, they will slip and slide with no traction to their movements. Oil Painting is meant for allowing enemies to slide into traps, or into situations that they would rather not find themselves a part of.
Artie's harder hitting ability comes from the specially made paint-bombs that she has at her hip. She can toss them around and they explode after five seconds if they did not already hit someone or something destructible. If the paint hits anyone, it does start to burn for three seconds, inducing damage over time, as the paint inside is definitely not the safest concoction, and is designed more for first- to second-degree burning.
Negative Render is applied quickly and hopefully discreetly. However, most instances of Negative Render have been applied in panic that have coated people in non-protective hard-light to throw off enemy allies that are firing from a distance. The only exception to the non-protective hard-light is the coat that it gives Artemis, her activation bracelet helps keep it as a protective shell for a few seconds to allow escape.
